Never Underestimate the Power of Masculine Elegance 

 

For nearly 5 years, this studio apartment looked suspiciously like a dorm room...and it was time for a mature makeover! The client turned to Angela to help him create a space that was masculine, elegant, and comfortable. To achieve the look, Angela advised the client to use Farrow & Ball's "Hague Blue" to create the mood, balancing the dark walls with a modern, light furniture and details such as custom photography from the client's favorite oasis, Cape Cod.

Creating the Perfect Urban Refuge

 

As a visual artist for high-end jewelry firm, the client's long hours called for a cozy urban refuge. Inspired by her impressive collection of art, Angela helped her transform her studio apartment into a charming oasis that not reflected her lively style and sense of traditional European flair but also provided a place to unwind, sip a glass of wine, and truly unwind. 

 

 

Bold Black Walls Define this Sensual Bedroom

 

Imagine slipping between the sheets in this sexy bedroom, with its smoldering black walls and shimmering metallic accents! Angela specializes in bringing out a client's sexy side, resulting in an atmosphere that gently hums with decadent sensuality. In this case, the client simply needed reassurance to feel bold enough to use such brave colors and Angela provided the boost - and the color inspiration! - they needed to embrace this stunning design choice!

 

 

In Connecticut, Life's a Beach

For this charming summer home in Connecticut, the client was a bit stuck. Somehow, the space wasn't quite coming together so they contacted Angela for a little shopping assistance. Thanks to Angela's guidance, details such as lantern-inspired pendant lights, new lamps, drapery, rugs, and bedroom accessories were purchased to give the home a subtle beach-y feel. UPDATE: in May 2015, the clients sold the house and the new buyers loved the decor so much they offered to buy that, too!
